Help me yall!

I am trying to help my 80 year old mom connect her iPhone to Bluetooth over the phone

She is trying to connect her phone and it is asking for a code.

Typically it is 0000 or something generic like that. Also. Nothing (according to her) is pulling up on the screen.

Any idea where to find the code?

Hi,

What is your mum trying to connect to via Bluetooth? Normally when connecting you set a code so that the other person can then connect to you using that code.
