How strange, what device are you attempting to access the GUI from? Are you using a VPN?

Samsung S24 mobile. I was using a VPN but when disconnected I am unable to connect to the Internet at all.

Not really, entering 192.168.1.254 on my PC shows this screen, but no Router admin panel:-

Strange, and it keeps doing that? I think we should get the Tech team to look into this, have you called them about this already? Their number is 0800 800 154.

Yes I have,the fault reference is 1-125704877. After a few tests they claimed they could do no more and closed the ticket!
