In the age of instant communication and automation, it's baffling how companies still struggle with basic customer service. When did it become acceptable for customers to spend hours on the phone or chase down packages, even after they've followed all the correct procedures? It's almost like ed fin businesses assume we have endless free time to fix their mistakes. What's your take—are companies truly improving their service, or are we just getting more creative at finding ways to deal with their inefficiencies?

Hi there! I am absolutely tired of this horrible service! I bought BT Business 3 months ago and I only had trouble... everything was a waste, from connecting wrong my broadband, to overcharging me for the wrong setting up service, and now I have returned my old equipment and I had received a message you do not hold it!!!!

Seriously. And I am the one who needs to waste 2 hours on the phone for you to track it!!!

Get this right. My devices were returned on Oct 31. Mail tracking code is: XF651086404GB, sent from Torridon Road post office, London, SE6 1RF.

This is the equipment code that you should have on you. BT2229PV25L

I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR THE EQUIPMENT I SENT. And why on hell I was not able to return it to the engineer that came to set up the new device????

Maysa Gabrielli
