topic Help - No internet in Broadband

On Thursday when arriving at work I could not connect to Broadband and despite numerous reboots, checking wires etc nothing would work. I sent staff home to work from home which is far from ideal and I also went home, so lost pointless commuting time.

Anyway the problem I have is BT is such as faceless organisation I cannot get this resolved. On Thursday I reported this and see when looking at progress i have a closed incident despite the broadband still not working and no contact from BT via email, phone, text etc.

I have come into the office on a Sunday optimistcally hoping it was back up and running but not the case. I have then seen I cannot use live chat on a Sunday and cannot call anyone to discuss. I have just reported the incident again and have a new reference number and got the standard 48 hours we will get back to you reported to engineers etc.

How is anyone meant to run a business without the Internet? I am now cancelling meetings for this week.

Please someone from BT help me!
