ONT/FTP Fault (Ubiquiti)

Hopefully found the right board...

I'm currently experiencing regular(ish) dropouts on my BT Business line. It's FTTP to and ONT, and then patched into a Ubiquiti equipment. In the last 6 months the ONT was moved by Openreach as we needed to relocate the network cabinet.

The internet has been relatively stable throughout this period, however in the past couple of weeks we have seen very regular dropouts. Sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes just daily, and sometimes it would be okay for a few days and then drop. This is always resolved by restarting the ONT.

BT Support don't want to help. Well, least not without their hardware being connected. I explained that restarting the ONT always resolves the fault, and they suggested I (not them) I need to speak to Openreach as they provide the ONT and not BT therefore they can't fix the issue.

Any suggestions of what I can do here?
