Reverting from BT business to residential but retain btinternet email and phone number

I am out of contract for 2 business accounts, both with FTTC broadband and call packages

I want to revert to residential but retain the btinternet email addresses and phone numbers

Bit of a minefield this but the one account has a helpcall on the phone line . The second account has a 5 year cloud voice service that i was miss sold and still has 4 years to run

Is there any way to sort all this out

Is it a btinternet or btconnect email address you have and wish to retain?

Hi it is btinternet ones we need to retain never used the connect one even though we have been business for probably 20yrs +
