Legal Action for moving office

Prior to renewing our BT broadband contract I explained we would be moving premises over the coming year and were told bt BTBusiness this would be no problem. When we moved office, we needed to increase the size of the broadband to accommodate and a new line was put in. We were told as it’s a new line, a new contract would need to be signed which we did. We now have been given a 12K fine for early termination fees have legal action against us as a company even though I’m under contract with them at the new site. I don’t think that we are the only business going through this. I wonder if anyone in this forum is having a similar problem.
