We have a BT Business leased line. We have heard that our landlord has sold the building out from under us and will be given maximum 1 month notice to leave at any time. We will struggle to afford another office move so soon and a possible solution is to work from home for an indefinite period of time while we gather resources to move again. Our leased line is 4 years into a 5 year contract. Who do we negotiate with to end this contract? We understand there will be a penalty but in the circumstances cannot afford to pay the remaining term given there is no possibility of being able to install the leased line at one of our personal addresses

Thanks
