topic No business broadband in Broadband

I run a hospitality business and have been without internet since Monday, this is a known issue BT's end. I have been fobbed off the last four days with 'it will be fixed tomorrow'. After my 1 hour call today i have logged in today to see that the fault has updated to say it wont be fixed till the 23rd of September, thats 8 days without internet. Has any one had any experience with complaints and compensation with BT?

We are running 5 tills, 2 receipt printers. The printers wont operate unless directly plugged into the router. Has anyone got any experience with a suitable workaround. Its an old building and a dongle wont reach. All tills need to be on same network to speak to each other and live update tables/tabs so tethering to phones wont work.

Hey Beth,

How do you send PMs? I had a call from a complaints handler today who advised me to stop any Open Reach advisors I saw on the street because they would know more about what is happening. Please advise how to send a PM and I'll send you some further details
