For the Mods,

About 3 weeks ago, a car accident happened on a main road about 1.5 miles from my business broadband address. This accident snapped the BT poles, and naturally severed all broadband fibre feeds to our entire area. I have a BT business broadband package that has been solid as a rock for 2 years prior.

BT Openreach did eventually replace the pole (which took 3 weeks), but spliced together a temporary fix for broadband supply to the area by laying the cables across a farmers field. The resulting service did get us back online again, but with terrible performance. We went from perfect 'as advertised' speeds, nice responsiveness and 900 down and 100 up, so a terrible download experience that stutters, stalls, drops out, then sometimes manages over a large file to actually get going. Upstream the rock solid 100mbit/s has turned into 10-20mbit/s, but with stalls, restarts and often fails.

This has been like this for a while now. I have raised 7 faults on bt.com business portal, but for some reason they instantly resolve as completed. I tried chatting with BT business support, but I gave up trying to get them to understand the issue after 1.5 hours.

Could a mod please DM me for my account details and raise a ticket? I am unable to do so through normal channels as the front line support staff and your automated systems refuse to acknowledge theres an issue.

Thanks in advance,
