    <description>&lt;P&gt;In July 2035 we advised BT that we had to move due to premises were to be sold off (CM16 7PE) and&amp;nbsp;in August we got confirmation from BT that the new premises (IG9 5BL) were fine and that all services would be connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In September we moved offices to IG9 5BL and we had two Openreach engineers visit us. And&amp;nbsp; the second engineer visited he advised us that we couldn't have our broadband moved as there was no fiber.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After many calls I managed to get the main landline (01992 576065) transferred to a mobile phone and which we are still using today to keep the business up and running.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was then advised to cancel all services and I wouldn't be billed. - I called the business line and asked to cancel all services, with the exception of the landline no (01992 576065) as it was transferred to a mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its mid-April, now into the 7th month and nothing seems to have been done. I am still paying for services we never had since September 2025 and we have probably lost quite a lot of business due to this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
