topic Using Asus Mesh with BT Business Complete Wi-Fi Plus in Broadband

I have a working Asus Mesh system with an Asus Zen Router behind a BT Superhub2 set up in bridging mode acting as a modem. It works.
I was recently persuaded to renew my business contract and was tempted by the provision of six Business Complete Wi-Fi Plus mesh repeaters, did I misunderstand? Maybe as I only received one repeater. One or six it only matters if it works, was also encouraged to believe it, the BCWF Plus would work/integrate with my system. No luck so far, searching for the mesh repeater's default IP I find 192.168.1.254. With a dedicated cable just to the repeater and re mapping my network to the same 192.168.1 I cannot connect to it - I cannot get into it to see if there are settings available to work with my Asus system?
Can anyone point me into the maze?

Thanks very much if you can.
