      <title>Broadband connection - 6 months and waiting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;SIgned a 3 year contract with local BT business in Jan 2026. New line required and extra construction charges (new pole) agreed and signed for (twice!).&amp;nbsp; Original order cancelled by BT in march, then reinstated. Now they tell me that I have not authorised the ECC for the reinstated order!!! 6 months wait, countless emails and phone calls, official complaint raised,&amp;nbsp; and only 1 pole is needed!! Nobody seems to be able to resolve the issue between BT and Openreach or tell me what further paperwork is required. I think Ofcom beckons??&amp;nbsp; Any one have similar issues or any idea on steps to take?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
