    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm nearing the end of transferring 20 Plusnet BB accounts to BTB and I have issues with one in Ipswich. My BT sales person said that I could upgrade to FTTP at the same time as taking over the line, but Openreach have determined that this is not actually possible at this time, so I just want to take over the existing FTTC BB line. However I only have 4 days left before BT cancel the order and no one at BT is replying to me emails to sort it out, not my sales contact nor the Forum Admin or my Complaint handler, surely they can't all be on holiday ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I did a live chat with someone, but rather than update the order she was going to get Openreach to reattend the site ??? she said she has made a fresh appointment, but I have bot received a confirmation email or text so I have no idea if it is actually booked or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds a bit of a mess. If BT aren't responding and there is no chance of a FTTP upgrade, the best bet is to push for a simple FTTC takeover before the order is cancelled. Keep on at BT by live chat or phone. Ask for written confirmation of the new appointment so the line isn't dropped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
