Direct Debit takes the hassle out of paying your bills with us and helps you to avoid late payment charges.

It’s also quick and easy to set up.

Sign into My Account (click here for instructions on registering) and select Set up a Direct Debit.
Choose the account or accounts you’re setting up a Direct Debit for and select Next.
Enter your bank or building society account details. If you’re setting up a Direct Debit using a joint account, select the option Non-sole signatory and then Next.
Click Confirm and you’re done.

We’ll action your instructions and your Direct Debit will start with your next bill. Each time we issue you a bill, we’ll take your Direct Debit payment within seven days.
