Helpful as this has confirmed my suspicion that the person claiming to be BT at my door today was not BT. However reporting using your phone system is useless. Your options are only for nuisance or scam calls or texts etc, there is no option on your phone system for door to door visits. Therefore I am unable to report this. I have reported it to the police however.
