Had a robo call saying our internet is being discontinued for illegal activities.

I had a robo call that said British Telecom is discontinuing our internet because of illegal activities and to press 1 to speak to an operaror or agent. I hung up before it could finish.

Has anyone experienced this? I want to double check it's a scam.

That definitely sounds like a scam, I'm sorry that happened. I've had several of these calls and I work here! You can send info to us about the scam call here to help us crack down on them.
