Digital line no incoming calls.

Hi

We’ve had our digital line installed 2 weeks ago still can’t receive incoming calls can only call out. Spoke with BT technical team multiple times no help and no further forward. Really need this issue sorted

I’m sorry you’re still unable to receive incoming calls, especially after speaking with the technical team several times.
