Red Light on NTE

Hello,

I am having some issues here and I am wondering if I can get some help? Our BT NTE 1A box has a red light next to 'BT' and flashing green light next to 'Cust'.

I am not too much of an expert, but I really need this sorted. We have no phone connection now.

What is the problem?
