Handset to do specific tasks

HI,

I'm in the process of finalising on a shop, so i'm now looking at the multitude of things i need to get done, one of which is the phone system.

I need to be able to transfer calls from a reception to an office, and would also need to be able to answer a call whilst the other phone can make/receive a phone call.

Is there a handset that can do all of this or do i need a handset for the transferring of calls and an additional phone line to be able to make/receive two calls from different phones?

Hi there Jimi

What you require is fairly straight forward. You will need 2 lines (ability to make 2 simultaneous calls) and a phone system that enables you to transfer calls.
