    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi All&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am having a strange problem with the versatility system. I cannot, for periods of time, get any outside lines. all the internal operations work fine but no outside lines. During this time, anybody phoning in is met with a blank line.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The thing is that if i turn off and turn back on the system, everything it fine for a few hours until the very same happens again. A quick turn off/on and its fine again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hope you are well! That sounds very much like a phone system issue to me. I would recommend giving our BT Versatility team a call on&amp;nbsp;0870 240 8377. If your system is maintained with BT they should be able to assist you and help you get this sorted!&lt;/P&gt;
