Cancel a Line

Hello All

I have a line connected to my phone system that I really don't use - and I am wondering the best way to go about getting it removed. I believe I am out of contract, and I do not want any of my other services to be impacted.

Can anyone help?

Hello Kel

You should be able to cancel this line via our Customer Options Team 🙂 You can get them on 0800 800 152 and they are open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. If you give them a buzz they should get everyone sorted for you!
