    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed from a BT domestic to a BT Business account.&amp;nbsp; Since then caller display has never worked.&amp;nbsp; When I was with BT domestic it worked perfectly.&amp;nbsp; I use a BT 8600 cordless handset.&amp;nbsp; I have the phone and nothing else plugged into the master socket, an OpenReach 5c.&amp;nbsp; I have reported this five times and BT keeps closing the fault without ever checking with me.&amp;nbsp; If I dial *#234# it tells me caller display is active.&amp;nbsp; All I get for incoming calls is 'no number'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp; I have raised a complaint and that is crawling along but with no progress.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All sorted thanks to PaulC1.&amp;nbsp; Once the complaint was actually handed to OpenReach after eight months of reporting to BT.&amp;nbsp; It was a broadband fault in the exchange.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
