Changing ID when people call my business

Hi everyone,

I took over a business last year and kept the same phone number for the clients. Its a BT Cloud number.

When people call me from their "smartphone" their phone caller ID shows as previous business name (Shine Dental) on their screen and not the new one (which should show as Radiant Dental).

Who do I contact and how do I get that updated in the telephone directory databases?
