BT Business VOIP, People saying ive called them when we havent.

I have people calling me back on mobiles saying Ive called them and their returning my call.

I have 2 outgoing VOIP lines sending out our business number. The mobile users are saying our number has appeared on their screen and just called them.

I havent called anyone.

Using VOIP it seems easy to send a Caller ID number on outbound calls. Were concerned as the 1st two calls were from young children and the one 10 mins ago was a adult saying our number is on his missed call list.

Our other concern is spoofing for business and talking to our clients which could be done if our number was sent.

Has anyone had this issue? Only since moving to VOIP. Before on PSTN never a issue.
