Hi, I am selling my busniess and the new owners want to take over our business number, how do we change it over to them? Or do they have to request a transfer?

Hi Thewebsters

If they want to take over your phone line, they will need to place a Takeover order with whatever supplier they are planning to take services with. When they are talking to the supplier, if they advise there is an existing phone number they want to bring over, they should be able to request that.
