    <description>&lt;P&gt;Incompetent BT has messed up my business number. I do not have a landline for 3 weeks. They can't transfer from digital to analogue line that they suggested to do. Complain with head office going no where and my business is affected. What are my next steps? I will take them to court for loss of business but how to get the number back ? Thinking of contracting a newspaper to shame them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have a complaint open with the head office already, they will be the best people to deal with the issue. &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/bt-plc/assets/documents/about-bt/policy-and-regulation/our-governance-and-strategy/codes-of-practice/customer-complaints-code/complaints-code.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;As per our complaints code of practice here, you can escalate complaints if you're unhappy with how it's being dealt with.&lt;/A&gt; You should have a point of contact for your complaint already, if not please send over a private message with details and I can chase this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
