    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not spoke them, however after I wrote the above post here I found what I hope is their email address (on the google store feedback section in the app) which I hope is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:cve.support@bt.com" target="_blank"&gt;cve.support@bt.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and emailed them, however as of today no reply, but its early days.&amp;nbsp; Will try the WhatsApp link as the page you linked to suppests&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to access BT Cloud Express Web Page or App</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been going on for months, however after spending a couple hours trying everything I can think of I usually give up.&amp;nbsp; However lets have one last try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log onto my BT business account page no problems - Hover over products and services and drop down appears, select option for cloud voice express&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Web page goes to an address of&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;h t t ps://vel-btb.business.bt.com/&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;however its completely blank.&amp;nbsp; Web page tab says "Manage your Cloud Express"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is with Firefox Version&amp;nbsp;148.0 (64-bit) same with Microsoft Edge&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Version 145.0.3800.82 (Official build) (64-bit) same with Chrome&amp;nbsp;Version 145.0.7632.160 (Official Build) (64-bit) same with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Opera One&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(version: 127.0.5778.76) same with Brave&amp;nbsp;Version 1.87.191 (Official Build) (64-bit)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Machine is Windows 11 Pro all updates loaded - Build&amp;nbsp;25H2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Give up and try Android (Samsung Galaxy S22 : One UI Version 8.0 : Android Ver 16)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Delete Cloud app on android phone and re install.&amp;nbsp; Open app on Welcome to Cloud Voice Express page, (the you're good to go etc page) click on purple Log In button .. back to&amp;nbsp;Welcome to Cloud Voice Express page, (the you're good to go etc) page.&amp;nbsp; Now clicking on purple log in button to try again does pop up the 3 bouncing balls but they soon go and we are still on the&amp;nbsp;Welcome to Cloud Voice Express page, (the you're good to go etc) page.&amp;nbsp; Need to clear app cache and cookies to go through the logon pages again.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;BT app version is V2.224.0&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
