    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, we are in a similar sittuation with no solutions in sight. Bt swapped us over in December but the number couldn't be ported because the engineer had not signed off to complete the job. Once they said they would number port us over in January that was the last time our phones worked. Since then we have spent hours upon hours speaking to every call centre who just want to close the complaint but not help us fix the issue. We have now been 7 weeks without a working business land line and have now had to share our personal mobile number on social media and on google business page as customers thought we had gone out of business. Nobody has tried to resolve this issue and our number when rang says "you have dialled an incorrect number"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish we had never accepted the change over as it has cost us hundreds if not thousands per week in lost bookings or orders but BT seem to care less. I am between seeking legal action or also going onto Watchdog and twitter as nobody in BT seem to want to put this right and it is disgusting when it is alredy hard enough for small businesses as it is!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have all said they will all call back when they never do. I do not want anything fancy, I just want our phone line to work, am I asking too much? Can somebody at BT please come back to me before I take this further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>CLOUD VOICE EXPRESS NOT WORKED SINCE OCTOBER 2024</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’ve had to migrate from plusnet business to Bt broadband / cloud voice express, since October 2024. Our phone lines were disconnected without our knowledge &amp;nbsp;since then we have had no phones at a very busy time of year for our church school.&lt;BR /&gt;We&amp;nbsp;made countless phone calls most days to resolve the issue but one remains unsolved.&lt;BR /&gt;I kept getting orders created and cancelled. The case is now with Bt Cloud Express Complain but they are just as bad. The complain department was trying to bribe me to close the complaint even though problem is not fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have emailed Consumer Resolutions at BT but they did not acknowledge or reply.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The useless call centre promises to help but they never do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just don’t understand what is going on. Also I have tried complaining to BT but there does not seem to be anyway to do it other than the pretty useless call centre, who promise to help but never do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[ACCOUNT REFERENCES REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My next stop will be X (twitter ) and other social media platforms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
