Phone Not Working - Digital Voice

Hey BT

we are a small business needing your service and we have been on this phone thing for a while. we were eventually advised we needed to buy a phone from BT, which we did

We were told its a simple plug and play.

Done, only to find out the phone is not even registered or connected to our account.

This is a loss of value for us considering this is the third month into this contract and no one is telling us anything.

Also the complaint emails dont work. and getting someone on chat is a big time wasting challenge

BT eventually called and had to reset the phone.

its amazing that it took us 3months into the contract to get a phone working
