    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Internet connection (provided by my landlord) keeps dropping at regular intervals, especially in the evening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently, the network uptime reaches 2 mins and then it disconnects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even got my landlord to call BT and replace the Hub, but the problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been happening for 2 weeks. Longer intervals during the day, short intervals in the evening and night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What could be the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This could be any number of issues but at a guess I would say in the evening the local usage increases and this is causing issues. Do you have an upgrade option to fibre to the premises? The only way to really get to the bottom of this is for the account holder to speak to the provider and organise repair checks and possibly an upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As the internet is provided by your landlord it would be difficult to assist. Your landlord would need to contact his supplier and have checks carried out to determine what is causing the issues and if it can be resolved or requires a visit by an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;
