      <title>BT Onephone Portal Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the SIM swop out by BT Onephone in April / May 2024 I have had problems with the BT One phone APP and now the BT Onephone portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to log on to the app to enable features such as 'out of office'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to log on to the BT Onephone portal so I am unable to manage anything to do with the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had ongoing conversations with the only point of contact, their India call centre, with no change in the fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am told it is a major server and syncing issue therefore affecting all users. However, no solution has been found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are there other BT Onephone users experiencing the same problems ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
