I have ordered 3x 16 pro max device. I have been told its been excepted and have been processed. I haven't got my order number in order to contact with dpd. Only have BAN NUMBER

Hello,

You need to contact the retailer or carrier you ordered from and provide your BAN number. They can give you the order or tracking number. DPD can't help without it.
