BT-Google Domain support for GBBO web site

I have been contacted numerous times by Register.com about updating my WHOIS details for my web site - last updated in 2012.

I do not have log on detail to be able to do that independantly.

Register.com support (on btdomainssupport@register.com) advise me that my domain is hosted by BT-GBBO (Getting British Business Online) and I need to contact them directly.

Please advise, a contact page or a direct email for BT-GBBO?

I have looked into this and found that the contact details are either to contact them via this website or to email them at btdomainssupport@register.com. I got these from this page about getting help with UK GBBO queries which has some more info that may be of help to you.

Hi these links do nothing. I have a GBBO website and need to pass it to a new business owner. How do I do that?
