    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a solution for this that works? I have wasted so long trying to check settings etc - got on the phone to BT and told this problem has been ongoing since October and there is such a backlog of affected customers now that we might want to consider moving email hosting to another provider! This is because BT has made such a mess of this, they don't think it will be sorted before August!!! Absolutely astounding that a company the size of BT is just shrugging its corporate shoulders and saying 'go elsewhere'...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pop3 email lite not working on outlook desktop on laptop, or on android phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Webmail is working, however need desktop laptop for access to emails and for back up of emails etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do i overcome this, use emails for business and need access to old emails&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please try the following steps:&lt;BR /&gt;In Outlook, click Tools =&amp;gt; E-mail Accounts.&lt;BR /&gt;Click View or change existing e-mail accounts and click Next.&lt;BR /&gt;Click the account of type POP/SMTP (Default) and click Change.&lt;BR /&gt;Click More Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Click the Advanced tab.&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure SSL is not used and POP3 port is 110 (default).
