      <title>POP Disabled But Cannot Upgrade To Office 365</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like many others on here, I have a customer who has been running BT business email via POP and suddenly found they couldnt connect to their mailboxes in Outlook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT are asking us to upgrade to Office 365 but when I click on the link to do this through BT&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;there is a 404 page after clicking on buy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to setup a new Office 365 tenant and manage the domain and email myself today but it wont let me as I get a message saying this account is already associated with a Microsoft 365 account and cannot be used, please contact your administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So effectively I'm going round in circles&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any mods able to help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
