Come on BT. Pull your fingers out! So many customers have problems accessing BT Connect emails and you issue tutorials on how to download your bill.

I'm fortunate to have Gmail. I can't access my BT emails and I can't reset my password even though I am self-employed and my profile is Super Admin.

We all need urgent answers, even if Microsoft has caused this disruption.

I'm sorry you're not able to access your emails. Are you getting an error when you try to log into https://login.microsoftonline.com/?

I am now able to access my btconnect email as I was mistyping the password, but I still can't reset my password should I ever need to.

I'm more concerned about all the other customers.
