Hello greghope. Actually you can change your btconnect password. Login to your e-mail webmail page as you do (using, say, outlook.office.com or https://login.microsoftonline.com ) and then click your initials at the top-right of the web page. Then click "My account". You'll then see a Password option in the list on the left-hand side as well as a little further down the page if you scroll down. Either link will allow you to enter your old password and then create a new one.

Hi,

I was given advice about resetting btconnect.com email passwords last year. I've tries to reset again after 10 months and a suspicion my email has been hacked and I'm struggling to figure out how to change the password again. Any help is really appreciated as my wife and I are slowly being disabled for accessing mail in Outlook apps on a variety of devices.

Hi greghope,

To change your password for your btconnect.com email address, go to secure.business.bt.com. You then enter your email address into the box provided and click "I've forgotten my password" this will take you through the reset journey.

If this doesn't work. Please send me a private message and I can look into this further.

Thanks
