Mail Blocked by Spamhaus

I host my own email server and I have become blocked by Spamhaus I have followed to removal guide and messaged them, the have referred me to My ISP for removal and sent me a link to send to BT to follow up, who do I need to contact at BT regarding this issue. I can't send any emails. Thanks.

If you’re experiencing a block by Spamhaus and need to contact BT for assistance, You can do BT Business community forum, where other members or BT representatives might be able to assist you.
