email acocunt with BT Business?

Hello

I have a BT Business account and was wondering if it includes an email account.

When logged into BT Business (My Account) I tried clicking on the Email button but end up at office.com. Very confusing!

BT's email is hosted by Microsoft. It will be a btconnect.com address. It will open in Microsoft 365.

Just use the details provided by BT.

Hi osirak

It very much depends on when you ordered your service if a btconnect email address was provided. Typically, it would be in your welcome emails if you had been given one. If you send over some account details via private message, I can check this for you.
