    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. It’s exactly the same result. Takes me to Microsoft 365 web page, with a “Explore your apps” section. The first listed app is Outlook, and when I select Outlook it takes me to my mailbox with no new mail (other than adverts). Looked in both Focused and Other mailbox views.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. My Btconnect email is not receiving any new emails on the outlook web client (outlook live). I can still log in via MS and send emails from the account but it has not received any new emails. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
