We went with Starlink who offer over 100mpb in our area.</P><P>We have BT Domains, cloud services, BT mobiles and Microsoft 365 with BT still so have lots of various products.</P><P>At no time when I cancelled the Broadband Line did the agent then tell me that we could loose access to our BTconnect.com email addresses which are all linked to our domain.</P><P>We have now been locked out of the btconnect accounts and have been told these can't be reactivated.</P><P>Customers are still emailing btconnect accounts and getting delivery receipts which is causing a really problem and I have just renewed the domain name with BT and can't get the confrmation as the email linked to this is a btconnect.com account.</P><P>Can someone help me with getting access to the btconnect accounts or am I wasting my time and do I have to start phoning customers and informing them that the btconnect.com emails now don't exisit.</P><P>Any help or advice would be gratefully received as BT Business Support have been less then helpful.</P> Wed, 12 Mar 2025 12:10:22 GMT neilvose 2025-03-12T12:10:22Z https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Email-and-hosting/BTconnect-Email-address-locked/m-p/94371#M13576 <P>We recently had to cancel our BT Broadband as the speed was less then useless (1mps).
