    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks David.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did try this but neither of the user accounts that I would expect to have admin rights were able to access this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guess I need to contact BT to find out which of our users is setup as &amp;nbsp;an admin?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;R&lt;/P&gt;</description>
