Remove button is missing in the user management section

Hello Team,

I’m facing an issue where the Remove button is missing in the user management section of my system, and I’m unable to remove a user from a group. I have full Administrator privileges, so I should be able to make these changes. However, the option to remove the user is not appearing as expected.

Could someone help me understand why the Remove button might be missing and how I can resolve this issue without needing to delete the user entirely or reconfigure their settings?

It sounds like there may be an issue with how the user is set up in the portal. I would recommend raising this to the faults team.
