Hi,

I would be most grateful if someone could point me in the right direction please:

I've had a btconnect email address that's linked to my business for 25 years........ BT are not able to provide telephone or broadband at my business premises so for the last 8 years I've paid for phone and broadband on the lowest tariff at my home address in order to keep the mail boxes I have.

The phone line is never used and the broadband is currently downloading @ 1.76MBS!!! It's almost useless in this day and age?

Can I retain the email addresses without having a valid/current BT account??

I would be happy to pay a nominal fee for annual hosting or redirecting but £500 a year for a landline service that's next to useless is seeming a bit pricey!?

No, there's no way to retain your btconnect mailbox if you cancelled the related BT Business services.
