As per this guide:

If you see the following error message, "You are now logged out of the BT Website centre," we recommend changing the ftp password. Log out then log back in and the issue should be resolved.

Please follow this guide and let me know if you have any further issues.

(hint: BT Business Account normally looks like

Now change your FTP password

This is the password that you use when you’re uploading files to your website.
