      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping someone can advise. I have tried to research myself but it hasnt really helped with a definitive answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I amm not very gifted when it comes to technology.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking to change provider, however we have a BT connect email. The new company are assuring me that it is as simple as redirecting the mail to another email which they will help with. However what i have read so far suggests there is no way to keep the BT connect email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we have the mail directed will this continue to work even after the BT account is closed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No, once the mailbox is closed, the forwarding rule will also cease. Your mailbox will be marked for deletion once you terminate the associated BT Business services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
