&lt;P&gt;There is no way to keep your btconnect email addresses if you cancel the BT Business product they were provided with. &lt;A href="https://business.bt.com/help/article/email-security-and-hosting/email/how-do-i-set-up-email-forwarding/" target="_blank"&gt;You could look at adding email forwarding for a period of time &lt;/A&gt;to a new address to help with the move but there is no way to keep the mailboxes open indefinitely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as I understand it we can keep our&amp;nbsp;@btconnect.com email addresses if we open a separate account for&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this to happen, they will then be ported to a new email address we set up&amp;nbsp; eg,&amp;nbsp;@outlook.com is this true and if so who do we contact in order to facilitate this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
