Another @btconnect.com email query

I know there has been a lot of talk recently on this.

But on of my colleagues has been ignoring the emails received about verification as they looked suspicious.

we have now lost the ability to log onto any 365 application with the error username incorrect.

the email address still appears on the dashboard of the main account and it’s noted as active.

is it possible to get it back and working?

we are using outlook on iOS devices.
