    <description>&lt;P&gt;For others with the same issue as me. It took 4 days of persistence to finally resolve this. Firstly you phoned 0800800154 for business and it go e through to residential. Then you get transferred to business. Then no ne can find your account as it's so old. Ask them to check their back end system also. Finally got through to 2nd line who resolved the issue. A number of btconnect email accounts were deleted on 1st April without any notification. Shocking really sorry, one of the reasons I moved away from B T in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife’s email address has suddenly stopped working. It asked for a password. She put her correct password in but it says it is incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my btconnect email address is still working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when we put in forgot password we get message sending code to &lt;A href="mailto:Linda.padley@btconnect" target="_blank"&gt;Linda.padley@btconnect&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;email, which we cannot access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;any help appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
